Why cant I turn on my phone?

HI,

I have a Samsung Galaxy tab 2 that is always in a boot loop. I have tried hard reseting, charging to 100% and even installing a new soft ware with odin mode. Is there anyway I can fix it?

It's soft bricked. Try flashing a new ROM. It won't erase all your data.
