Auto boot turned off, power button not working, what now?

Hello everyone,

a jar of honey with a lose lid got together with my MacBook Pro 15 2017 Touch Bar in the same backpack and… liquid damage was the result. I took the Mac apart, cleaned the mess and put it back together. The parts that were affected were the right fan, the headphone jack and the right speaker. Also, the power button was erratic but I could live with it as I could turn on the Mac by plugging in the charger.

Today the parts arrived that I wanted to replace. I was stupid enough to go to the terminal and disable Auto Boot feature, as the iFixit repair page suggested. I had forgotten about the erratic power button.

Now I have no way of turning on the Mac. Since Auto Boot is disabled, opening the lid, connecting the charger or pressing the touch bar does not work. Sometimes, when I press the power button, I get a fan spin for a couple of seconds and then the turn off again.

Does this model have a pair of power pads I can short circuit to get the Mac back to life?
