Replacing ear piece speaker mesh

Hi I accidentally damaged my speaker mesh on my phone and i wanted to look into replacing it, I can’t see any videos specifically made for replacing the mesh only the speaker itself. Is it possible or is it a risky thing to attempt to change? I have bought a new adhesive mesh strip for the phone but just wanted to check before I open it up to have a go.
