I live in Australia but I went to Canada for holidays. As I was taking a picture my phone screen went fuzzy, then it went black. When I try the Power button plus volume up it comes up with a blue screen. I have tried all the other button combinations. What should I do about this?

Is it still able to boot into the lock screen?
Seeing a blue screen from holding power + volume up (and +home) indicates the phone is able to at least turn on and boot into recovery mode.

All that shows up now is a black screen. I took it to a repair shop and they said it was the LCD. After replacing the LCD they turned on the phone and it had the same issue. They did further testing and found out it was the motherboard. I have bought a new phone since. Thanks for the help!
