How can I tell if my my screen is broken no visible damage

I came home from work yesterday turned on my tv and i had 4 thin lines going up and down to the mid left of screen and like 10 thin lines going from left to right at the very bottom of tv no physical damage at all tv is in game room so my wife wasn't near it any answers for what it could be its a samsung Qled thank you.
