Is it possible to repair screen with horizonal lines

I followed the clean ribbon advice but no luck. Since it is only half the screen affected I think there may be two led boards and one of them is faulty? Any advice on fixing this issue gratefully received.

Unfortunately that is not repairable, you would need to replace the whole screen.
