Optoma HD141X DLP projector not working, both red & blue lights on

The projector was given to us working but making a bad noise. It was cleaned out and stopped making a noise and it worked. Right before closing it there was a sound in there, turned it over and a screw came out. After the screw came out, it stopped turning on. The light indicator will show both red and blue, which stands for stand by and starting up. The screw may have done something when it fell out. (The customer did mention he opened it by the little door to clean it but needed a deeper clean.)
