Disconnect Microphone on MacBook Air A1932 / late 2018

Mac Book Air 13” model A1932 - late 2018

How does the microphone ribbon cable disconnect from the daughter board. The connector seems very stubborn to release the cable and I don’t want to break it.

Is there a release clip or other that needs to be lifted or pushed, or does it need levering out (carefully). The excellent tear down guide shows the cables disconnected but not how.
