if your washer does spin but your clothes are still wet after, you do want to check the clutch. It maybe spinning but not enough to remove all the water from the wash. Until we can figure out what exact model this is we can not be more specific. Check for any kind of identifying tag. Most commonly those are placed inside the door. Take some pictures and post those with your question maybe we can identify it.
