How to bend an hdmi port inside, or create one
I have an old samsung flatscreen i want to basically turn into an all-in-one pc withouot altering the outside.
The only change i need made is a video port inside. I figure getting the hdmi port staying inside would b the best.
Is there a safe way to bend the port?
Would i need to solder a new one onto the board? Im a newb to soldering and those are tiiiiny contacts.
The original port got destroyed and the only replacements i can find are playstation and xbox.

Given the board pad orientation vs the direction i need to go , what if i just soldered a short hdmi cable’s wires to the board and stuck a coupler on the other end?

Looking at breakout boards now too. What kind of wire do you use for this?

Not unless somebody follows up on it. This site is more about repairing things not necessarily modding like you are planning. Yes, you can use an HDMI cable but will need a pinout so as to know which wire to solder where.
