I have an issue with c button on My Macbook Pro mid 2014 it is not working, but the rest working is fine. I have an old Macbook Pro from 2012, so my question is, is it possible to take the keyboard from my Macbook Pro 2012 and replace with the keyboard my Macbook Pro 2014 mid with it?

Sorry not going to happen!
They are very different parts and even if you had a second exact system the process of removal is brutal! The keyboard you took out could not be remounted. You need a new keyboard.
But before we go that far… Whats wrong with the key? Maybe you just need the KeyCap or the scissor mech.

It is simply the c button that is not working. Everything else is totally fine.
Can you describe what its doing or not doing?
Review this KeyCaps a keyboard alone comes in two different types US and ISO the Apple P/N is 661-6532 or you can get the full upper case assembly while more expensive is a lot easier to put in! That would be Apple P/N 661-8311 again make sure you get the correct keyboard version.
It does not type anything when I press the C button. The button goes up and down, and it does appear that the spring is broking on the inside. I am not sure though, I have not opened it yet.

I would open the Keyboard control panel and enable the Keyboard viewer in your menus.
Carefully pop the keycap off and remove the scissor mechanism.
Then you can open the viewer and can then see the press of the key blister switch engage as you poke it with a pencil using the eraser side or flat dowel rod.
Does the switch work or not? Does the rubber dome have a tear in it?
