Accidentally put my sim card ejector tool in the top microphone

So I stupidly poked the top microphone with my sim card ejector tool. The microphone is still fine but given that the phone is only new I’m just generally worried. Is there anything I should be worried about?

Thomas “The microphone is still fine “ so don’t get any gray hair until it does give you issues (unlikely) If you would have damaged the mic it would already have failed. Unlikely that this will come back later.

The microphone is actually at the end of an L-shaped tunnel, so you could not poke/damage the microphone with the SIM eject tool.

@arthurshi Arthur, does this apply to the HTC U11 too? I know that they had a hand in designing google's phones. Yeah, I poked my top mic too. Will the waterproofing and mic okay? Sorry for butting in!

@Katsu Karaage I looked around for some board shots of the HTC U11. The microphone is definitely fine—it is mounted in an angle. I'm not sure about waterproofing. The phone may have used a rubber/plastic L-channel, and you may have pushed that out of the way or punctured it.
