Sound Crackling in one ear

My Bose headphones have recently been having this problem where the sound cracks in the left ear. It only happens when I’m moving, but it gets triggered by even any slight movement or pressure. It doesn’t happen when the headphones are off, so I know it’s not a loose screw or something like that. Has anyone had a similar problem and found a way to fix it?
