What can I do to fix my camera?

I dropped my phone in water and now my camera doesn't work. I've seen other responses to these types of questions but I have a J7 refine and I can't figure out how to get the battery out, if I even can. I already reset it but it still won't work. Is there anything I can do or should I just get a new phone?
