Need help identifying a specific part on LCD Display Frame

Hello everyone!

I will be replacing the display on my Xiaomi Mi Max 2 phone. I have already disassembled everything. Now I have a question regarding a part on the Plastic Frame on which the display was glued. I suspect I might have tore something, while removing the display panel from the supporting plastic frame. I need to know what it is exactly because depending on that I will purchase either a replacement screen only or a replacement screen alongwith the supporting frame. I have attached pictures of both sides of the frame with the region that needs identification encircled in red. It is situated on the top right corner of the phone facing towards the screen.

Please assist if anyone has knowledge on the matter.
