PS4 running loud even though everything is clean and paste looks fine

I’ve bought a PS4 of a friend and as soon as I started playing games on it, I realised that it would get very loud When playing. I then opened it up thinking that it was dirty but it was pretty clean already as my friend stated he never really used it. I also check the thermal paste and it looked fine as well. I don’t know what else could be wrong, maybe the fan is just messed up?
