Part of the touch does not react after water damage

Hi,

After water damage, cleaned all connectors with special liquid etc.

Reassembled the device, and not the touch does not react in the bottom area where the letters Z X C V more or less.

What could it be?

I thought to try to re attach the screen connectors, maybe one of them is loos.

Any other ideas? (Except to replace the screen)
