Possibly GLOD (Green Light of Death) but I'm not sure.

Hey guys, my PlayStation stopped working today. Resets and whatnot dont work, so please don't recommend them, same goes with the HDD.

When I press the power button, it turns on and the green light stays on but I get no connection on my TV and I can no longer tap the power button, I have to hold it until it powers off. I can insert/remove discs, but that's about it. I took it all apart and it didn't look like anything was broken, I sprayed it with some air to get the dust out, but nothing's working. I dont have $150 for Sony to fix it, and I probably don't have tools to do it either. Depending on price or just the tool itself, I can probably get one.
