Wont stay in the air

My skyviper is fully charged but it always come back down to the ground after it gets about one foot In the air. The propeller s are a bit dirty and the motor have dust from sitting on the shelf for 6 months and the back left wing is bent the smallest bit but other than those 3 issues everything is fine
