The power adapters used in the PS4 Pro are completely different to the ones the PS4 slim or normal PS4 PHAT use.

No you can’t. I have a Slim Playstation 4 and the Playstation 4 Pro. Both have different power adapters. The Pro has a 3 prong male port connector.
