i have a 65in uhd tv when i turn it on i get the start screen and then shuts off and the standby light will blink and nothing else unless i unplug it for awhile. i think its the power board it makes a high pitch sound the board has been replaced already anyone kno if or how i can test it?

Unfortunately I cannot find a free service manual online so unless someone else comes up with a better answer, the best that I can suggest is that you may have to pay for the manual and use it to determine what the problem is. At least it should have the schematics, the parts list and hopefully some troubleshooting flowcharts for the TV.

It is only shown to give you an idea of the cost of the manual. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for LG 65UH5500 service manual (if that is the model number) to get results.
