Sony 65x850f has no power no lights

No power and no lights when its plugged in but I can faintly hear a humming sound when its plugged in . I've taken the back off and tested fuse *good. And voltage at the power harness *good. No blown caps. The TV worked fine then went to wall hang and it never turned on again.
