Where to learn Board reworking

Hi I couldnt find a good spot to post this so put it here

I’m fairly new to repair but have the basics down pretty good . I want to take my business to the next level . I have a good air soldering station and a good microscope . I am practicing on old boards for reworking , reballing etc but think it would be really beneficial to have some formal training . I am in BC Canada and wonder does anyone know of a good reputable school that offers training . I don’t want to learn from Jim’s garage mechanic . Recommendations much appreciated
