Hisense 40h3e - 8 Red Flashes. 1 long, 7 short, help!

I've got a hisense 40h3e on my hands, at first I was seeing 7 flashes of the small LED light in the bottom corner. I replaced the Power board with a new one and I had the same problem, only this time it blinked 8 times instead. Cant seem to figure this one out, please help!
