Found the right side of my screen slightly detached from the phone's c

Hi there. I just noticed that my xperia z5 premium’s screen was slightly detached from the base. It's had its fair share of falls which was mostly caused by my 3yr old son. But I don't recall any falls as of late. And maybe I'm just being paranoid but I feel like my phone got a bit bloated. My first thought was maybe it's the battery that got damaged and bloated since it's been a while since my phone fell. Can I still use my phone? It won't be til Monday that I can bring it to a repair shop. Thanks!
