Sensors on top, front camera and display malfunctioned after water...

Hi, I have Samsung galaxy S8. Recently, it went into sea water, not in there for longer, just a little dip, the seal was leak I suppose so the water leaked into the phone. Now, the LCD doesn't work at all, but touch does work. I can use the touch for receiving calls and ending calls, etc. Since, I cannot see, I cannot use much without looking at it. I understand that the LCD would be faulty; but, a day before, LCD turned on and initially it was greenish and yellowish but then it got fine completely. So, I checked the features and I found that front camera, light sensor and IRIS aren't working. Which means, all the sensors on the top near front camera are not working. When I opened the phone to get it dry, I noticed that there is something not fine at the top side of the PCB of my phone (near front camera, a square shaped silver chip like IC). There is a capacitor or a resistor that is supposed to be faulty due to water which ultimately shorted the resistor / capacitor.

I wonder, if there is a specific serial number for that capacitor or resistor so that I could change it first before ordering the LCD because LCD might be okay and the capacitor might be the real issue.

A quick reply will be highly appreciable. I am a computer science student and I understand these things. Just that, I am not a professional and I haven't repaired many phones.

Thanks!
