Bar in corner of screen and won't go away?

I have this bar in the corner of my screen and will not go away. It is really annoying me. Does anyone know what it does and how I can remove it? I use a Lenovo chromebook C330.

옵션

Open Settings > Accessibility and turn off the feature, "Automatically click when the cursor stops".
