G6+ - Can not enter recovermode (keeps rebooting instead)

Hello,

I’m trying to enter the recovery mode of my Motorola G6 Plus to do a hard-reset (forgot screen lock :/).

I’m powering off the phone (battery is 46% loaded).

When it’s powered off, I’m pressing volume down + power on (https://support.motorola.com/uk/en/produ...) buttons.

The bootloader does not show up, instead the screen turns black and then the phone reboots after some seconds. This continuous to happen when I keep pressing the buttons.

I also tried volume up + power-on, doesn’t work neither.

Anybody has an idea how I could hard-reset it?
