tv screen went black after some time has sound, has backlight

@ravisaxena let us know how you determined that it still has sound and backlight. this could be an issue with the main board or the t-con board. Of course you want to make sure that you try without a cable or sat box. Unplug every input source. unplug the TV and hold the power button down for something like a minute or so. then plug the TV in and connect one video source (DVD,BR, Game console) and see if that made a difference. If it did not then you will have to start thinking about removing the back cover to take a close look at your boards etc. You will need a multimeter to check the power board as well. Let us know the exact model for your TV and post some good pictures of all of your TV boards with your QUESTION
