PS4 controller won’t stay on

So when I plug a usb cord into PS4 controller it blinks orange once when i press PS4 button it blinks blue once or twice and turns off it’s not dead what do I do??

When you plug it in, the orange light only blinks once and then just shuts off? Or does it keep blinking?
