Rotation not working post NAND repair

We got an iPad which was stuck on Apple Logo. Turned out someone had literally destroyed the NAND, it was half torn out of the board.

We got a new NAND, got the GSX info and reprogrammed the NAND and finally managed to get it activated and working.

Post activation, noticed that the rotation was reversed. It was rotating, but the direction was reversed. Both in portrait and landscape modes.

Tried to reset, tap at the back, even replaced the Power and Volume Flex Cable for iPad Pro (9.7") but still no joy!

Currently it can be used only by turning it upside down and then locking it.

Can someone please help what else can be tried? Someone mentioned MLB file but not entirely sure what that it?
