It depends on what you mean by fixed..if you have non backed up precious data you need to recover you may try getting it at a reputable repairer into microsoldering and hope for the best. If you hope to fix it yourself for normal use I would discourage you to be honest, the iPhone SE are quite bad to recover on their own even when they suffer mild liquid damage and yours has gone through a full washing cycle with a broken screen..maybe also plugged into mains to see if it still worked afterwords. Chances of selfrepair in my opinion are close to zero.
