Xiami phone doesn't turn on

Hey,

My phone a few days ago doesn’t turn on. When I press the power button (for start), I just see the loading screen (mi.com, powered by android etc.). I have a lot of important data in internal storage. I can access the recovery menu (default Mi Recovery Menu 3.0)

Before turning off the device I didn’t do anything unusual. The phone haven’t got any damage.

I tried connect with Mi PC Suite, but my computer doesn’t find the phone with USB.

Reboot (in recovery menu) just restart the phone, but doesn’t start the OS.

So, how can I fix the device w/o losing data?
