Why I cannot reset a toner?

Hello,

I have a Brother DCP L3510CDW which displays the replace toner message. I reset the toner a month ago and it worked just fine, now I replaced the toner (compatible) and moved the chip but when I press the arrow up for resetting nothing happens. In fact, I cannot reset any of the 4 toners (3 are original). I cannot figure why as I have already reset the black and the yellow one a month ago using the same method.

Any suggestions, please?
