Sadly Apple has a bonded cover glass over the LCD panel. You can’t replace the cover glass on its own you need to replace the full assembly iMac 21.5" LCD Panel & Front Glass Assembly - New or iMac 21.5" LCD Panel & Front Glass Assembly - Grade A and here’s the guide iMac Intel 21.5" EMC 2638 Display Replacement.
