My right earbud doesn't charge or is not recognized

Ok, so the right side doesn't charge or is not recognized by the app, I've even tried the windows app on pc. No luck. So I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this.

try to do a coupling on the galaxy buds by inserting the ch set into the craddle and pressing it until the indicator light changes color
