Xbox presses power button and eject by itself

When i connect the xbox to the power brick it starts to press the power and eject buttons by itself, turning the console on and off repeatedly, when sometimes it stops, goes to the dashboard and seems fine, but after 2-3 mins starts again

Maybe it's a faulty panel board?
