Optical drive spins only if I help it

Hi all, I bought an Xbox one that have a strange problem.

When I insert the disk it makes a strange noise and then the disk never starts to spin.

At this point I have disassembled it and I’ve noticed that if I help that little gear to move, the disk starts spinning and the Xbox will read it.

I can’t find the reason why. Thank you for your help!
