Why is my iPhone 6 screen shacking and touch screen doesn't work?

Recently, I recieved iPhone 6 that has broken screen from my friend.

It works normally and fuctioning ok when I restart the phone. But like 10 minutes later, the screen is shaking and touch screen seems doesn’t work.

At first, I assumed that the touch ic chip was broken. But in my case, there is no grey bar on the top of the screen.

What is the problem with my phone?

Broken ic chip or just screen problem?

When you say the screen is shaking, I take it to mean that the image is shaking. If that’s the case, then I suspect a defective replacement screen. Touch Disease mainly affects the 6 Plus and the picture you included shows a jittery screen image.

So you mean that jittery screen and touch unresponsiveness is not the problem with ic chip. I heard that the screen was replaced by my friend.

Touch related issues can indeed be related to the touch IC but in your case, it looks more like a defective screen. If I received your phone, the first thing I would try is a new screen before doing any micro-soldering.
