Can I send in my DSiXL to just get cleaned up?

ifixit does not do repairs as such.

It provides the repair guides, tools and parts (check as not always available) so that you can do the repair yourself.

The ifixit Answers forum is manned by volunteers, some of whom are professional repairers, who have been doing it for years and are well known around here by their peers and are some of the top people in the world.

Let us know where you live and we can refer you to one.
