The DualShock 4 CUH-ZCT2 was announced in 2016 to replace the CUH-ZCT1 controller released in 2013. This controller is similar to the previous model.

Why is my controller acting on its own?

When I turn on the controller certain buttons don’t work such as right on the d-pad and L1. However L2 is registered as being held down but the physical controller isn’t. I need help!!!

It’s probably just a problem with your controller being dirty. Look up how to take apart and clean it, or send it to someone.
