My iPhone 7 the camera screen is black

I have a 4 yr. old lap top, I took a pic with it, can’t get the camera turned off! Ever since I took the pic my iPhone camera has black screen how do I get my iPhone camera to have a pic besides black?

I took my first pic with my laptop after 4 yrs. now my iPhone 7 the camera screen is black help?
