It fell down from one meter height…
After that, when powering on it only flashes once in blue, and twice in red, then shuts down.

Falling down from a 1 metre height is not good, especially if it landed on a hard surface.
Since it is not staying powered on the only thing that you can do at the moment is to open the device and check for any obvious damage such as broken or loose connections or even components that may have been jarred loose by the fall.
