Sony VAIO E Series - not turning on

My Sony Vaio E Series (VPCEH25EN) does not turn on.

The charger adapter shows light on when plugged in indicating that it is working.

I already tried to remove battery, hold power button for 60 seconds and trying to turn laptop on by connecting it to the wall outlet.

However with all attempts, each time i press power button, the numlock, capslock and scrollock led lights flash and then nothing happens.

On holding the power button pressed down, these lights continuing flashing.

What could be the problem here. Any suggestion on how can it be fixed ?
