Ps3 Games Stutter at times

My Ps3 games stutter at times. It mainly happens with LittleBigPlanet and Disney Infinity. I know it stutters, because when playing LBP 2, when a character speaks it sound like it would say It it it it it it looks hu-hu-hu-hu-hu-hu… and cuts off. Note: I have subtitles enabled on both games, (No I am not deaf, I just like having them on) so it’s not that. How can I stop this from happening?
