Broken Plastic on Wireless Beats

Hi! It’s not the actual headband thats broken, it’s the plastic part connecting the speaker to the headband. I’ve attached a photo as I don’t know how to explain it, any ideas on how I can fix this or what to search for to get a new plastic part? Thanks!
