Where is the receiver loacated on the lg vz8300
How do I take the receiver out of my old lg vz8300 and put the one out of my new lg vz8300 so I can hear my caller?

Hi @barbee ,
So swapping the motherboards didn’t work then?
Use the ifixit LG VX8300 Screen Housing Replacement guide to gain access to the earpiece receiver.
In Step.12 in the guide you will see the receiver at the top, next to the vibrator motor. Its’ wires are soldered onto the display pcb so you’ll need a soldering iron, tools and skills to remove /replace it.
