Purchased new set of screws how to find the home button one!

Hi looking for some advice, I purchased a set of iPhone 7 screws for the whole phone but I’m struggling to identify which one goes directly into the back home button. Is there any way of finding out what one it is. As the one I have in the phone hasn’t got one and the home button keeps flicking out of the screen. thanks in advance

p.s i don’t have any special measuring equipment so if it can be done without it please let us know. Maybe just by determining the screwdriver fitting then the size.

The best way would be take a home button from another phone and compare the size. There is no guide to what screw goes were. Be careful because you can damage the phone by putting in the wrong screw.if the screw is to long it can damage the home button and if you put a longer screw on the motherboard you can get long screw damage which can be expensive to repair if it can be repaired at all

Here you can see their size, just try which fits best if you don’t have caliper/ruler.

If you use a screw which is to long it will show marks (on white screen you will see black dots) at the otherside of the screen.
