Likely the door switch that switches off microwave is worn-out. A BIG WARNING: As much I like to repair and encourage please be careful with microwaves. There are plenty of youtube vides where you can see a fix. But please be careful. Really be careful. If unsure please either get an expert (may be local community repair cafe - may be closed due to corona) or buy a new one at the moment.
