No GPS and phone only connects to 2.4 ghz Wifi

So I got this phone from my uncle and it came with a cheap screen, busted back pannel, no Wifi connection at all, no GPS and swollen battery. All of this was caused by a bad drop and poor repairs afterward. First thing I did was replace the back panel that was bulged outward because of the battery, then replaced the battery and finally replaced Wifi Antenna, made sure all grounding pins were placed and to this point, I can only get it to connect to 5ghz Wifi and GPS is still busted.

Any ideas to what can cause this and why? I just can’t seem to find an answer anywhere, any help is much appreciated.

EDIT: Has no TrueTone because of the cheap screen.
